2. Aloe Vera

6. Milk

  • Soak the cotton ball in the milk
  • Rub it on the dark patches two-times a day

7. Tomato Paste

In the British Journal of Dermatology, it has been found that tomato paste is enriched with lycopene that is known to secure the skin against long-term and short-term aspects of photodamage. A study has shown that participants have consumed 55gms of tomato paste in olive oil per day for up to 12 weeks.

8. Red Lentils (Masoor Dal)

Face masks made of Masoor Dal are made from red lentils are famous for pigmentation home treatment. Although there is not any proven fact to back these claims, red lentils contain antioxidant which is known to be good for the skin and work as Pigmentation removal cream or mask.

To make Masoor Dal Mask-

  • Soak 50gms of red lentils overnight in the bowl of water
  • Blend the mixture properly to make a fine paste
  • Apply the paste firmly over your face and leave it for 20 minutes
  • Rinse your face with cold water and pat your skin with a soft towel
